Oluwatobilola On May 1, 1994, Daniel Anidugbe, better known as Kizz Daniel, was born. He was born in Ogun State but raised in the north government area of Abeokuta. He was raised by his parents, three younger brothers, and a sister. In contrast, Daniels’ background and family life have never been revealed. He did, however, share a childhood reminiscence on Instagram about growing up in a rat-infested house in KUTO, Abeokuta. Daniel obtained a degree in water engineering from the University of Agriculture in Abeokuta. He became interested in music while at university and decided to make it a career.
A Career in Music
Daniel received a kiss from a girl (name withheld). Kiss Daniel began his music career in 2013, the year he graduated from university. He met Emperor Geezy, the CEO of G-World Entertainment, who signed him to his record label and released his first single, “Shoye,” in 2014, followed by a music video a few weeks later. Daniel’s second single, “Woju,” was released not long after his first. The song spent 11 weeks in the top ten on MTV base official Naija before rising to number one, where it remained for another 6 weeks.
Kizz Daniel released his third single “Laye” on May 1, 2015, his birthday, and the video was shot two weeks later in various locations in East Africa by Aje films. Daniel released his first studio album, “New Era,” on May 14, 2016. Daniel sings, plays the piano and guitar, and enjoys stand-up comedy. He also intends to further his education as a water engineer and to establish a sachet and bottled water business.

The Afro Pop musician was put in hot water by G-World Entertainment, the record label with which he inked a deal. Accusations started to make headlines in the news and on social media. Daniel is believed to have received a monthly payment of #30,000 from the record label, while the firm claims to have paid the singer over $120 million since their agreement.
However, legal battles were fought, and Daniel emerged victorious. After the war, he changed his name from “Kiss” Daniel to “Kizz” Daniel. After that, in November 2017, he started his own record label. Kizz admitted that his largest obstacle to stardom was financial difficulties and that he had to rely on a lot of patience and hard effort to overcome it.
He has collaborated with a number of well-known artists, including Davido, Adekunle Gold, and Wizkid.
